
INGREDIENTS
Onions 200gm
Besan 200gm
Green chillies 50gm
Curry leaves 1 bunch
Salt To taste
Oil For frying
PROCEDURE:
- Thinly slice the onions ,add salt and set aside.
- Squeeze out the excess water from the onions.
- Add besan,green chillies,curry leaves & salt to the sliced onions.
- Deep fry in hot oil passing through the fingers.
- Fry until golden brown in colour.
- Garnish with fried curry leaves.
