Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:

Chocolate    110 gms
Sugar            125 gms
Butter          125 gms
Eggs             2 no
Egg yolks    2 no
Flour           75 gms

Procedure:

1. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar till it melts completely.
2. Melt chocolate and butter on a double boiler.
3.mix them together and add flour, make a lumpless batter
4. Portion it into small moulds. And bake at 160c temp for 13 mins.
5. and serve hot with ice cream on side
